Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fire Life Safety Engineer with architect engineering Degree to join our team in Dubai.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Fire Life Safety Engineer, registered with the UAE Civil Defence Authority. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and reviewing fire life safety designs, ensuring all projects comply with local and international standards, and securing the necessary Civil Defence approvals. This role requires close collaboration with architects, MEP teams, and project managers to seamlessly integrate fire safety solutions into overall design concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and review fire life safety designs across various projects, ensuring compliance with local and international standards. Ensure all designs meet UAE Civil Defence regulations and obtain the required approvals. Collaborate effectively with architects, MEP engineers, and project managers to integrate fire safety strategies into the overall project design. Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and technical reports related to fire life safety systems. Provide expert guidance on fire protection strategies throughout all phases of project lifecycles. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.

Requirements:

Civil Defence registration is mandatory. Socity of Engineering is mandatory. Degree in Architect Engineering is mandatory. Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of experience in fire life safety design, with experience in a design or engineering company, preferably within the UAE. In-depth knowledge of fire protection codes, standards, and regulations (NFPA, UAE Fire Code, etc.). Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and Revit. Strong communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Salary will be disclosed during the interview which depends on your experience.
