Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and review designs for fire fighting and fire alarm systems in compliance with local and international safety standards (e.g., NFPA, UAE Fire Code).
• Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of fire fighting systems such as sprinklers, fire pumps, and suppression systems.
• Oversee the installation and programming of fire alarm systems, including detectors, control panels, and notification devices.
• Ensure proper maintenance and inspection schedules for all fire systems.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with approved designs and standards.
• Ensure all fire fighting and alarm systems meet local authority requirements and obtain necessary approvals.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with fire fighting and alarm systems promptly.
• Provide technical support and training to clients and end-users.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential fire hazards.
• Recommend and implement preventive measures to mitigate fire risks.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in fire fighting and fire alarm systems, preferably in construction or facility management.
• Proficient in fire safety standards like NFPA, UAE Fire Code, and related regulations.
• Hands-on experience with fire pumps, suppression systems, and alarm control panels.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and other design tools is a plus.
• Must have a valid UAE driving license.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
