Job Opportunity: Fire Fighting Engineer

Salary Range: 4,000.00 to 8,000.00 AED, contingent upon experience and certification.

We are seeking a Fire Fighting Engineer with demonstrated expertise in testing and surveying of Fire Fighting Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough testing and surveying of Fire Fighting Systems, including but not limited to fire alarms, sprinkler systems, hydrants, and suppression systems.
• Evaluate system performance and compliance with regulatory standards and safety requirements.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues, recommending and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders on fire protection system design, installation, and maintenance.
• Collaborate closely with other engineering disciplines to integrate fire protection requirements into overall project plans.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation of inspections, tests, and findings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, or a related field. [Required]
• Proven experience in testing and surveying Fire Fighting Systems, preferably in lead roles.
• Strong knowledge of international and local codes and standards related to fire protection. [Required]
• Proficiency in using testing equipment and tools for fire protection systems. [Required]
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills to interact with clients, project teams, and regulatory authorities.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Certification as a Fire Protection Engineer or equivalent.
• Experience with CAD software for fire protection system layout and design.
• Project management experience in overseeing fire protection systems.
