We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fire and Life Safety (FLS) Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of fire safety and compliance with relevant regulations across all our projects and facilities.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Production review and approvals with Engineer and Employer of the following network integration level (IL) documentation, in line with the FLS contractual requirements:

• FLS design documentation, comprising:
• Fire Engineering Plan (FEP)
• Fire and Life Safety Strategy FLSS
• Fire Risk Assessment FRA
• Fire Engineering Reports FER
• Any additional FLS documentation, as required by the Engineer, and agreed by GTS.
• S04 Emergency Management Plan (EMP), using as a basis the most recent version of the S02/S01 EMP at the date commencement of preparation of the document, as agreed with the Engineer / Employer or Operator.
• Implement the activities outlined in the FEP and follow the schedule of consents and approvals to satisfy the contractual requirements for the delivery of the technical documents and approvals process.
• Interface with the other Contractors FLS Experts to ensure a consistent network integration approach of their corresponding FLS systems inputs, outputs, and general functionality, as well as interfaces with non-FLS related equipment, as described in the technical specification.
• Coordinate with other Contractors responsible for submitting to Civil Defence fire policy plans which may include GTS systems (e.g., PAVA in stations.)
• Assist the Project and Stakeholder Managers on queries related to GTS systems / materials that may require approval from Civil Defence.
• Support of GTS different disciplines in FLS-related technical queries.
• When necessary, attend meetings with the other disciplines, with the Engineer and Employer.
• Support the GTS procurement team in the selection of the Third-party FLS reviewer, as per contractual requirements.
• Support GTS contracts departments in the preparation of contractual correspondence relative to the FLS systems, that require address technical contents.
• Participate in the required ISAs audits of FLS deliverables.
• Assist the Requirements Manager to provide evidence of compliance of the FLS deliverables, designs, and other related activities to verify conformance with the S04 contractual requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Safety Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS), National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET), or equivalent.

Experience in Railways projects, Metro or Mainline for more than 10 year is mandatory * In-depth knowledge of fire safety regulations, codes, and standards (e.g., NFPA, IFC).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in fire protection design software and Microsoft Office Suite.
