Roles and Responsibilities We are hiring skilled Fire Alarm (FA) / Fire Fighting (FF) Operation/Service Engineers and Technicians for full-time positions in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The roles involve installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting fire protection systems, including fire alarms, sprinkler systems, fire suppression systems, and fire pumps (UL & non-UL), ensuring compliance with UAE Civil Defense regulations and NFPA standards.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee or assist in the installation, maintenance, and operation of fire alarm and firefighting systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot system issues to ensure reliability and compliance.
• Adhere to NFPA standards and UAE Civil Defense requirements in all tasks.
• Prepare and maintain accurate service documentation and technical reports.
• Support Civil Defense inspections and certification processes as required.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve deficiencies and meet project deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile

• For Engineers:Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Fire Protection, or Mechanical Engineering.

3-5 years of hands-on experience in fire protection systems in the UAE preferred.
Certifications in fire safety engineering are an advantage.

• For Technicians:Diploma or ITI certification in a relevant field.

1-3 years of experience in maintenance and installation of fire protection systems preferred.

• Strong understanding of NFPA standards and UAE Civil Defense regulations.
• Familiarity with fire alarm control panels, sprinkler systems, fire suppression systems, and fire pumps.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Additional Requirements for Both Roles:UAE Driving License is preferred.
