A leading Real Estate Developer & Property Management Company in Bahrain seeks to employ Finishing Supervisor . : . Oversee and manage the execution of finishing works, including plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, and carpentry. . Ensure adherence to project specifications, drawings, and quality standards. . Monitor and control material usage and labor productivity. . Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. . Resolve technical issues and challenges on-site. . Maintain accurate records of work progress and material usage. . Implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality finishes. . Oversee and facilitate the installation of flooring, doors, windows, ceilings, cabinetry, and other interior and exterior elements & MEP elements. . Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. . Oversee material testing to verify quality and suitability. . Identify and rectify defects promptly. Qualifications: . Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field. . Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in construction finishing or a related field. . Proven experience in civil finishing supervision. . Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques. . Excellent organizational and time management skills. . Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. . Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and meet deadlines. . Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. .
