Job Description

Location: Al Kifaf Phase 3, Near Max Metro Station.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finishing Foreman to oversee all finishing activities on our high-rise building projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality finishes on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

Develop and implement detailed finishing work plans and schedules. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution. Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or delays.

Quality Control:

Enforce strict quality control standards for all finishing works, including: Gypsum partitioning Painting Tiling Flooring Ceiling works Door and window installations Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry best practices.

Team Management:

Lead and supervise a team of skilled laborers and subcontractors. Provide clear instructions and guidance to ensure efficient work execution. Motivate and empower the team to achieve project goals.

Material Management:

Oversee the procurement and storage of all finishing materials. Monitor material usage and minimize wastage. Ensure timely delivery of materials to the site.

Safety Compliance:

Prioritize safety on the construction site. Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and guidelines. Conduct regular safety inspections and toolbox talks.

Budget Control:

Monitor project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities. Control labor and material costs to ensure profitability. Prepare regular progress reports and financial updates.

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum 4 years of experience as a Finishing Foreman in the UAE construction industry. Proven experience in high-rise building projects. Strong knowledge of construction materials and techniques. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Valid UAE driving license.
