Position: Finishing Foreman

Location: Al Kifaf Phase 3, Near Max Metro Station.



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finishing Foreman to oversee all finishing activities on our high-rise building projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality finishes on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution:
• Develop and implement detailed finishing work plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or delays.
• Quality Control:
• Enforce strict quality control standards for all finishing works, including:
• Gypsum partitioning
• Painting
• Tiling
• Flooring
• Ceiling works
• Door and window installations
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry best practices.
• Team Management:
• Lead and supervise a team of skilled laborers and subcontractors.
• Provide clear instructions and guidance to ensure efficient work execution.
• Motivate and empower the team to achieve project goals.
• Material Management:
• Oversee the procurement and storage of all finishing materials.
• Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to the site.
• Safety Compliance:
• Prioritize safety on the construction site.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and guidelines.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and toolbox talks.
• Budget Control:
• Monitor project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Control labor and material costs to ensure profitability.
• Prepare regular progress reports and financial updates.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Finishing Foreman in the UAE construction industry.
• Proven experience in high-rise building projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and techniques.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Valid UAE driving license.
