Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for execution of all finishing works including masonry, tiling (flooring), painting, door frame, shutters & architraves, stone cladding, false ceiling, facade, structural steel (fabrication and erection) works, waterproofing, toilet works including plumbing and its fittings-fixtures, etc. including knowledge of interior finishing materials and its quality constraints.
• Responsible to calculate exact quantities of finishes and match with BOQ required for finishing activities.
• Oversee and manage fit out activities at the site, ensuring adherence to project specifications, codes and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues and ensure compliance with engineering and design requirements.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, architects and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.
• Analyze and interpret project plans and technical drawings to plan and execute fit out activities.
• Coordinate the procurement and delivery of construction materials, ensuring their compliance with industry standards.
• Identifying potential risks and implementing preventive measures to minimize project delays, cost overruns and safety hazards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, site diaries, change orders and quality control measures.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in UAE in the similar role in the Interior Fit out field or Construction Industry.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations and construction practices.
• Extensive knowledge of construction and finishing processes , various finishing materials and installation methods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Finishing Engineer: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Required)
