We are currently seeking a skilled and creative furniture carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for woodworking and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities will include:

Reading and interpreting furniture designs and specifications Selecting appropriate materials, such as wood, veneers, and hardware Cutting, shaping, and assembling wood components using hand and power tools Joining and fastening wood pieces using techniques such as doweling, gluing, and screwing Finishing furniture pieces with stains, paints, varnishes, or other coatings Collaborating with designers and clients to ensure the quality and functionality of each piece Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

Proven experience as a furniture carpenter or similar role Proficiency in woodworking techniques and tools Ability to interpret furniture designs and technical drawings Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Creative problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks
