We are seeking a talented Finishing Carpenter to join our team. This role involves working with precision to install and finish trim, moulding, and other decorative wood features. If you have a passion for detail and craftsmanship, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and finish trim, baseboards, moulding, wainscoting, and other decorative wood elements. Measure, cut, and shape materials to fit specific spaces and designs. Ensure high-quality finishing touches, including sanding, painting, and staining. Collaborate with other carpenters and construction workers to ensure smooth project flow. Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to safety standards. Complete repairs and touch-ups to existing woodwork as necessary.

Requirements:

Proven experience in finishing carpentry. Strong knowledge of finishing techniques, including staining, painting, and varnishing. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Proficient in the use of carpentry tools and machinery. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
