Finishing Carpenter
Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Assemble, install, and finish wood structures, furniture, doors, frames, and other interior elements with precision and quality.
• Perform sanding, staining, polishing, and other finishing tasks to achieve desired aesthetics.
• Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials accurately using hand and power tools.
• Conduct on-site adjustments and repairs as required to meet project standards.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company quality standards.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other tradespeople to ensure timely completion of projects.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience as finishing carpenter in the interior fit-out industry.
• Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, tools, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Physically fit and capable of handling carpentry tools and equipment.
• Previous experience in Dubai or the GCC region is a plus.
