Overview :

We are seeking an experienced finance professional with strong expertise in accounting, tax compliance, IFRS standards, budgeting, financial analysis, and automation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the financial services sector, with prior experience in Payment Service Providers (PSPs), Electronic Money Institutions (EMIs), or related FinTech industries. This role requires a strategic thinker with a solutions-oriented mindset, exceptional technical knowledge, and the ability to engage effectively with C-suite stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities :

Tax Compliance & Transfer Pricing :

• Manage VAT, corporate tax, and transfer pricing activities, ensuring adherence to local and international tax regulations.
• Provide tax planning strategies to optimize tax efficiency and ensure compliance with global standards.

Financial Reporting & IFRS Compliance :

• Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Lead the month-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
• Provide guidance on complex accounting issues and ensure adherence to company policies.

Accounting & Automation :

• Oversee accounting functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Utilize MS Dynamics to streamline and automate financial processes for enhanced reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist in implementing and improving internal controls and accounting systems.

Financial Analysis & Strategic Planning :

• Conduct financial performance analyses to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

Engagement with Leadership :

• Collaborate with senior leadership to provide financial insights, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions.
• Present complex data and strategic recommendations in a clear, actionable manner to stakeholders.

Qualifications and Key Requirements :

• Professional Qualification like CA, CPA, ACCA and Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 8+ years in accounting, financial reporting, or related roles, with significant experience in tax compliance and automation.
• Strong understanding of the financial services or FinTech industry, particularly PSPs or EMIs.
• Proficiency in MS Dynamics, ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS, tax regulations, and transfer pricing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage C-suite executives.
• A strategic thinker with a solutions-driven mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
