The FP&A Specialist will play a critical role in the company's financial planning, forecasting, and analysis efforts. The main objective of the role is to provide decision-making through operational, financial, and strategic analysis.
Main Duties and Responsibilities; - Lead the development and maintenance of financial models to forecast future financial performance. - Develop rolling forecasts to provide updated financial projections. - Conduct detailed variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. - Analyse financial results, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. - Support strategic initiatives through financial analysis and modelling. - Prepare and present regular financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. - Develop and maintain dashboards for key investors - Act as a trusted advisor, helping business units to make informed financial decisions. - Participate in cross-functional projects, offering financial expertise and strategic support. - Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic planning and decision-making. - Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to evaluate the financial impact of various business decisions. - Assist in the development of long-term financial plans and strategies. - Leverage financial software and tools to streamline reporting and analysis processes. - Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in financial planning and analysis. Education and Qualifications; - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CMA, CPA) is preferred. - Proven experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and dashboards. - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, preferably in an F&B industry. Skills/ Experience and Languages required; - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail. Must be able to read, write and speak Arabic fluently. - Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
