: The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) role involves a broad range of responsibilities, including




Financial Planning: • Develop and maintain detailed financial plans and budgets in collaboration with department heads.
• Monitor and report on budget variances, providing insights and recommendations for corrective actions.

Forecasting: • Create and update financial forecasts based on current trends, historical data, and market conditions.
• Ensure forecasts are accurate and align with the company's strategic goals.

Analysis: • Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business decisions, including variance analysis, profitability analysis, and scenario planning.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

Data Management: • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data within the company's financial systems.
• Develop and maintain financial models and databases to support analysis and reporting needs.

Collaboration: • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for financial planning and analysis.
• Provide financial insights and support to business units to drive performance improvement.

Compliance and Risk Management: • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks through proactive analysis and reporting.



Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, CMA, ACCA) is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, financial software).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial planning software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
