• Expand your career potential with a global consumer powerhouse with the soul of a start up by joining our Dubai office as Finance Planning and Analysis Manager within our MENAT Finance function.
• As a Finance Planning & Analysis Manager, you will be responsible to lead the annual budget process for MENAT (Middle East, North Africa, and Turkey) for both short term and long-term planning, report business results and ensure the MENAT business operates in a strong & robust control environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Financial Planning process across MENAT, ensuring the commercial, supply chain and categories finance team are fully aware of requirements in a timely manner.
• Provide timely & accurate submissions of month end actuals & budgets, including variance analysis.
• Consolidate business results & estimates and communicate updates to the business, providing insights into the underlying drivers of the results
• Ensure the MENAT business operates in a robust control environment; documentation is up to date and ensuring that the process owners maintain accountability for the operation of local controls.
• Act as a Key point of contact for Internal Audit and Area Planning teams
• Proactively participate and contribute in various projects.

Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant essential
• Significant Finance experience within FMCG business including Audit experience
• Have an influencing and consultative approach and display leadership within team

Preferred:

• Effective communicator, capable of influencing in a multi-cultural environment
• Excellent relevant IT skills and good interpersonal skills and must be fluent in English
• SAP implementation experience would be an advantage
