Financial Planning & Analysis Executive
Job Description
• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Ensure reports are accurate and delivered on time.
• Variance Analysis: Support the analysis of financial performance by comparing actual results against budgeted and forecasted figures.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and rolling forecasts. Help collect and consolidate data from various departments.
• Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and analyze financial performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of financial planning strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (such as Accounting and Operations) to gather data
• Other responsibilities:
-Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision-making.
-Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
-Data Crunching and data mining on excel
