Salary: AED 18,000 - AED 22,000 Per MonthGuildhall is seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager for a leading online payment solutions company in the GCC region. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial operations, ensuring accurate and efficient management of fund flows and reconciliation processes. You will be responsible for monitoring and managing cost structures related to payment flows, including TPV, GMV, MDR, and FX spreads.Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Oversight:
- Supervise financial operations, ensuring accurate and efficient management of fund flows and reconciliation processes.
- Provide operational insights and financial analysis to support GM/CFO in strategic decisions.
Cost Control & Margin Management:
- Monitor and manage cost structures related to payment flows, including TPV, GMV, MDR, and FX spreads.
- Oversee internal invoicing and AR aging to optimize cash flow and operational margins.
Daily Operations:
- Supervise fund reconciliation and reporting workflows, ensuring accurate management of multi-currency transactions and cross-border flows.
- Oversee AR/AP-related reconciliation for eWallets (e.g., STCPay, Mada, Visa, Mastercard) and acquiring banks in UAE and Saudi Arabia.
- Act as the final approver for settlement reports, fund sweeps, and GL entries.
Intercompany Sweeping Operations:
- Manage quarterly intercompany sweeping processes between UAE and Saudi entities.
- Ensure accurate intercompany accounting and cash flow alignment across regions.
Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records of fund movements, settlements, and reconciliation reports.
- Ensure documentation is audit-ready and easily accessible for operational reviews.Requirements:
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of experience fund reconciliation and reporting workflows, ensuring accurate management of multi-currency transactions and cross-border flows.
- Demonstrable experience in card and eWallet fund flows, TPV, GMV, FX spreads, and cross-border reconciliation.
- Familiarity with common payment schemes (Visa, Mastercard, Mada) and acquiring settlement flows.
- Advanced Excel and strong reporting skills.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
