Job Description
The mission is to lead the Firms financial strategy, ensuring robust financial health and driving growth. This role involves managing financial control, operations, budgeting, forecasting, cash flowing planning and management. Also providing incisive financial analysis and analytical financial reports to support strategic decisions. The successful candidate will exhibit mastery in financial planning, a proven track record in a B2B environment, and a deep understanding of financial management within the projects, architecture and construction markets.They will be expected to communicate complex financial information clearly and guide the finance team with expertise.Experience needed:
- 8+ years of progressive experience in financial management roles, with a proven track record of success and increasing responsibility in the field.
- Exceptional proficiency in English, with stellar written and verbal communication skills.
- A strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach and a history of high performance.
- Experience within startup or growth companies, adept at operating in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
- Strong relationship-building capabilities with a range of stakeholders (suppliers, bankers, customers etc)
- Technical proficiency with financial management software (ERP systems), online platforms, and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- A bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; an MBA or relevant certification (such as CPA or CFA) is preferred
- Fluency in ERP and Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Detail-oriented and analytical skills
