Job Summary:

The Finance Controller is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, ensuring compliance with regulations, optimizing financial performance, and providing strategic guidance on financial matters. This role involves budgeting, financial planning, risk management, and internal controls to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:Financial Planning & Analysis:

Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability. Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and budgets. Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis with recommendations.

Accounting & Compliance:

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP). Oversee the preparation of financial statements, tax filings, and audits. Maintain internal financial controls and ensure adherence to policies.

Cash Flow & Risk Management:

Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risks. Optimize capital structure and ensure efficient financial operations. Assess financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Taxation & Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations. Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies. Identify and implement tax-saving opportunities.

Stakeholder & Team Management:

Collaborate with senior management for financial decision-making. Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Liaise with external stakeholders, including banks, investors, and auditors.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

CA / CPA / CMA / ACCA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

Experience:

8+ years in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Skills:

Strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in financial software (ERP, SAP, Oracle, etc.). Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations. Strong leadership and communication skills.

Pay: AED14,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
