Job Title: Financial Controller

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Controller to manage and oversee our financial operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic growth. This role requires a professional with a strong background in the real estate industry and expertise in financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all accounting functions, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Develop and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Lead the annual budgeting process, aligning financial plans with organizational goals.
• Conduct financial forecasting, variance analysis, and cash flow management.
• Oversee property financials, focusing on valuation, leasing, and investment returns.
• Ensure compliance with local, regional, and international financial regulations.
• Coordinate external audits and maintain tax compliance, particularly with UAE VAT and tax laws.
• Partner with senior leadership to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.
• Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency and cost management.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is mandatory.
• Minimum of 10 years of financial management experience, with at least 5 years in the real estate sector.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and UAE VAT/tax regulations.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, adaptable, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
