Job Summary:
The Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the hotel. This role involves managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hotel finance, strong leadership abilities, and excellent analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare annual budgets and monthly forecasts, providing financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Financial Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Audit and Compliance: Coordinate and manage internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage the hotel's cash flow, ensuring funds are available for operations and investments.
• Cost Control: Implement cost control measures to improve profitability without compromising service quality.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Strategic Planning: Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes, providing financial insights and analyses.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate financial performance and insights to management, owners, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hotel industry.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel financial operations, including revenue management, cost control, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in financial software and systems commonly used in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED11,000.00 - AED13,500.00 per month
