o Plan, organize, and direct fiscal and management control functions, annual Financial Plan, and Budget for Khamas Group.o Direct the planning, organization, and implementation of overall financial & accounting procedures for real estate acquisition and management, fiscal reporting and administration, purchasing and warehousing, risk management, cash management, investments, licensing, and administration.o Direct and participate in management reports and organizational and administrative policies.o Oversee the financial and accounting reports and ensure that they are accurate, timely, and support management mission and functions.o Support project activities of Khamas Group by establishing guidelines for capital funds utilization and monitoring use of funds/balances, forecasting funds availability, advising on usage decisions, and providing advice on project financing to Directors and project staff.o Ensure that various Finance & Accounts Sections that includes Accounts Receivables, Payables, Budget & Planning, General Ledger, and Purchase are responsive to external and internal customers.o Analyze cash flow and review reports received from Director, Finance, and Accounts on the cash levels available and update Management as required.o Play an active role in the company\'s current and future acquisition and financial efforts. Coordinate the loan and joint venture closing with lenders and third parties.o Responsible for the monitoring of the cash flow and working capital needs.o Manage investment of available funds to maximize the net returns with the provision of company investment policies while allowing for sufficient liquidity.o Evaluate the risk facing the company and ensure that the company\'s properties and activities are properly insured.o Conduct periodic meetings with departmental heads and evaluate and assess the performance and functioning of the departments and resolve the issues that may arise.Property Developmento Direct the overall operations in Khamas property development & engineering/construction projects and ensure the timely completion of the projects to the desired standards and within the approved budget.o Review and analyze reports/asset strategy plan that includes financial goals for each project developed by Property Director and provide timely suggestions. Endure that the overall operations of Property Development, Engineering, Operations and Facility Maintenance are in line with Khamas policies.o Monitor and guide the operations and services provided by Facility Management, Operations & Logistics sections of Khamas Group.o Build and maintain a high-performance culture through effective performance management, communication, and coaching of staff.Manage multiple projects, prioritize work and balance strategic and tactical issues.o Perform other related tasks as directed by superiors /CEO/Director General to enhance the profile of the Khamas Group.Job Type: Full-timePay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):will you be able to JOIN IMMEDIATELY?
