We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. This is a key leadership role that offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction and growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficient financial management.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to management.
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of financial audits and reviews.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to support strategic initiatives and business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA are preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and financial analysis techniques.
• Experience in the real estate sector is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead teams effectively.
