Develop and implement financial communication strategies to effectively convey financial information and news to various audiences
Create and edit financial reports, including annual reports, quarterly reports, and earnings releases, ensuring they are clear, accurate, and comply with regulatory requirements
Manage relationships with media outlets, pitch stories to reporters, and arrange interviews with executives
Manage relationships with investors, analyse and report on investor sentiment, and provide guidance on investor engagement strategies
Mitigate reputational damage and provide clear and accurate information to stakeholders in the event of a financial crisis or negative news
Work to develop and maintain a strong corporate brand and messaging that reflects the company\'s financial performance and values

Requirements: * Experience in financial communications is a must, either in agency or in a publicly listed company
14 - 18 years of experience in communications related to M&A, IPOs, and/or debt restructures
Fluency in Arabic is a plus
Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills, and ability to build strong relationships
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Team player with a positive attitude, and desire to collaborate and contribute to the success of the team and company
