In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing financial performance, developing business strategies, and providing actionable insights to support our nurseries\' growth and success.Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making and strategic planning.
- Develop and monitor financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and internal financial metrics.
- Prepare detailed business reports and presentations for senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and optimize processes.
- Provide recommendations to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Financial/Business Analyst, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Proficiency in financial software, MS Excel, and business intelligence tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple priorities.
