Billing Specialist for an International Law Firm, DubaiOur client an international law firm based in Dubai is seeking a Billing Specialist to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in legal billing, a strong understanding of billing software, and excellent attention to detail. The Billing Specialist will be responsible for preparing and reviewing invoices, ensuring accurate time entry, handling client billing inquiries, and coordinating with attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient billing processes. Responsibilities:- Prepare and process client invoices accurately and on time.- Ensure proper time and expense entries for attorneys and staff.- Submit and track e-billing invoices using legal billing software.- Follow up on outstanding payments and assist with collections.- Assist attorneys and staff with proper timekeeping and expense entries, ensuring adherence to firm and client requirements.- Respond to client inquiries regarding billing issues.- Maintain accurate billing records and generate reports as needed.Requirements:- 3-5 years of finance experience at a law firm (ideally international)- Experience with accounts receivable and collections in a legal setting.- Familiarity with trust accounting and legal ethics compliance related to billing.- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (preferred but not required).- Experience in legal billing or a similar role.- Proficiency in billing software (e.g., Clio, Aderant, Elite, Timeslips).- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.- Good communication and problem-solving skills.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.- Currently based in Dubai.You can apply by sending your CV toAdd us on Linkedin: RecruitME: Administration, Human Resource and Finance Recruitment in Dubai
