Who we need Someone to strengthen our Accounting and Financial department within our Global company. We are looking for a reliable Financial Assistant to assist in preparing statements that follow all regulatory and accounting guidelines under the supervision of a Financial Coordinator. You will be responsible for identifying and preventing discrepancies and helping set up control systems.
An effective Financial Assistant has good knowledge of accounting principles. You must be organized, disciplined, reliable and able to carry out tasks autonomously and collaboratively. The goal is to contribute to keep the accounting, admin and financial processes of the company up to standard and ensure accurate bookkeeping, to ensure correct financial reporting and control, along with the Financial Coordinator. You will report directly to the Financial Coordinator .

Responsibilities
• Assist with day-to-day financial transactions, including processing invoices, expenses, and payments.
• Reconcile financial statements and accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Assist with financial reporting and analysis.
• Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Maintain and organize financial records and documents.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure financial compliance and adherence to policies.
• Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Previous experience in a finance-related role is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
• Preferably proficient in Quickbooks, or similar accounting programs.
• Apple-Mac Proficient.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Language requirements Fluent in both verbal and written English.
