:Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Financial Analyst to join our team! In this role you will get to support the financial operations of a multi billion dollar portfolio of buildings and infrastructure projects.What You\'ll Be Doing:
Monthly Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
ERP System Maintenance: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data within the ERP system. Update and maintain financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Revenue and Gross Profit Forecasting: Develop and maintain detailed financial models to forecast revenue and gross profit. Analyze resource deployment and its impact on financial performance.
Budgeting and Financial Planning: Develop and maintain annual budgets and financial plans. Monitor and report on budget variances, providing insights and recommendations for corrective actions.
Financial Analysis and Reporting: Conduct detailed financial analysis to support decision-making processes. Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis as required.
Cost Control and Optimization: Monitor program expenditures and identify opportunities for cost savings. Implement financial controls to ensure efficient use of resources.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure financial objectives are met. Provide financial insights and support to drive program success.
Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Development: Develop and maintain work breakdown structures to support project planning and cost management.
Cost Accounting System: Set up and maintain a cost accounting system that aligns with client needs and project requirements.
Monthly Invoicing: Generate and manage monthly invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing to clients.
Strategic Initiative for Budget Management: Lead an initiative to design and implement a strategic plan for managing budgeting challenges, providing budget updates, and streamlining the process for requesting cash from Aldar and government entities.
What Required Skills You\'ll Bring:Education: Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field with a minimum CFA level 2 or equivalent.Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the development or infrastructure sector.Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis. Strong knowledge of ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
