This role requires exceptional analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and a deep understanding of private equity principles.Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Modeling: Build, manage, and navigate complex financial models to assess investment opportunities and forecast financial performance.
• Investment Analysis: Evaluate potential investments, perform due diligence, and provide detailed recommendations based on risk and return metrics.
• Market Research: Conduct in-depth industry and market analysis to identify trends and support investment decisions.
• Portfolio Management: Monitor the performance of existing investments, prepare regular performance reports, and suggest optimization strategies.
• Valuation: Perform company and asset valuations using advanced methodologies such as DCF, comparable analysis, and precedent transactions.
• Scenario Analysis: Prepare sensitivity and scenario analyses to assess the impact of key variables on investment outcomes.
• Reporting: Develop clear, concise reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including investment managers and senior leadership, to align strategies and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CFA or MBA preferred).
• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, ideally in the private equity or investment sector.
• Exceptional Excel skills, including advanced modeling and data analysis capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, valuation techniques, and investment analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication skills to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
