Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
• Analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to identify trends, variances, and performance indicators.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for management and stakeholders, highlighting key findings, risks, and opportunities.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives by assessing financial feasibility, risks, and potential returns.
• Monitor and analyze industry trends, economic indicators, and market conditions to assess their impact on the companys financial performance and outlook.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including accounting, operations, and sales, to gather financial data, validate assumptions, and develop forecasts and budgets.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and support to management on special projects, financial initiatives, and business development opportunities.
• Stay updated on financial regulations, accounting standards, and industry best practices to ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting and analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Proven experience as a financial analyst or similar role, with a strong understanding of financial analysis principles and techniques.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw meaningful insights.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
