We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting skills to support business decision-making and financial planning.Key Responsibilities:
Analyze financial data, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights.
Develop financial models, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
Prepare and present financial reports, variance analysis, and risk assessments.
Assist in cost analysis, profitability analysis, and investment evaluations.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
Work closely with accounting and finance teams to ensure financial accuracy.
Monitor and analyze operational expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Support in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
Assist in business case development for new projects and initiatives.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and reporting standards.
RequirementsRequirements:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or a similar role (UAE experience preferred).
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and financial reporting software (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to interpret complex financial data and present actionable insights.
Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and financial regulations.
CFA, CPA, or CMA certification is a plus.
