Job Description

:Our client is expanding its operations in Dubai, and are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Financial Analyst to join the team. Operating in the hospitality sector, they value candidates with prior experience in this industry, as it will help them better understand the business dynamics and challenges.The RoleThis position involves working closely with the Office Manager, ensuring seamless collaboration on financial strategy and operational management. The role combines strategic financial leadership with hands-on responsibilities, such as financial modelling, budgeting, and preparing actionable reports. The ideal candidate will be proactive and comfortable managing both high-level financial strategy and detailed operational tasks while fostering a productive partnership with the Office Manager.
  • Develop and oversee the company's financial strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Office Manager to streamline office operations and align financial planning with administrative needs.
  • Conduct financial modelling, analysis, and forecasting to support strategic decisions and evaluate business opportunities.
  • Prepare and manage detailed budgets and ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Perform due diligence for investment opportunities and assess associated risks.
  • Establish, monitor, and refine Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive operational and financial performance.
  • Lead cash flow management, cost control, and financial planning to ensure business sustainability.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to stakeholders, including performance updates and future projections.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate financial policies.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to support growth initiatives and evaluate new markets or investments.
The Candidate
  • Expertise in financial modelling, budgeting, and KPI development.
  • Strong understanding of investment evaluation and due diligence processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software. o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA, CFA, or similar certifications preferred).
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
  • A hands-on approach, with the willingness to independently manage key financial tasks and analyses.
  • French language skills are a plus
