Job Summary:

The Financial analyst is responsible for managing and reporting financial information for the company. This includes preparing financial statements, maintaining records, calculating salaries, making payments, and concluding agreements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree. Master's degree preferred or equivalent experience in the areas of expertise. (Finance, Accounting, MBA)
• Professional qualification such as ACA, CFA, ACCA, or CIMA desirable.
• Strong quantitative/numerical skills are critical with the ability to interpret financial information and to design and use financial models.
• Ability to interpret accounts, understanding local and international accounting principles
• Strong Analytical skills
• Strong desire to learn
• Computer literacy, conversant with Microsoft Office and spread sheet packages including financial analysis and modelling modules.
• Ability to work effectively as a team member and to deadlines and under time pressure.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of 1C 8.3 is desirable

Experience & Knowledge:

• Relevant financial industry experience of 7-8 years from an investment bank, commercial bank, private equity firm, asset management firm, or an auditing/financial consulting firm operating according to international standards.
• Exposure to industry/country experience.
