We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Specialist to join our team based in Saudi Arabia. This role is critical in supporting the fund's investment decisions, strategic planning, and financial performance analysis. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of private equity finance, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. Key Responsibilities . Financial Forecasting & Budgeting: o Develop and maintain detailed financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making. o Prepare annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and variance analyses for the fund and its portfolio companies. . Performance Analysis & Reporting: o Analyze financial performance, key metrics, and trends across portfolio companies. o Generate insightful management reports and presentations to communicate financial results and business insights to senior leadership and investors. . Investment Support: o Collaborate with the investment team to evaluate new acquisition opportunities, including valuation, scenario analysis, and due diligence. o Assess and monitor post-acquisition performance to ensure alignment with investment objectives. Qualifications . Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CFA, CPA, or MBA preferred. . 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance. . Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and data analysis. . Strong knowledge of private equity structures, financial instruments, and investment strategies. . Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). . Familiarity with the Middle Eastern market, particularly Saudi Arabia, is a plus.
