Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional with expertise in Accounting, Financial Statement Reporting, IFRS compliance, and Data Analytics. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in financial planning, reporting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, analyze, and report financial statements in compliance with IFRS. Conduct financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities. Perform variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance. Support accounting operations, including reconciliations and journal entries. Utilize data analytics to drive financial insights and business recommendations. Assist in the preparation of management reports and dashboards. Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal financial policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting.

Key Requirements:

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory. 5-6 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, and financial statement reporting. Proficiency in IFRS and financial compliance standards. Hands-on experience with financial modeling and data analytics. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong proficiency in financial software and ERP systems. Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced, short-term contract environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Candidate must have their own visa.
