Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional with expertise in Accounting, Financial Statement Reporting, IFRS compliance, and Data Analytics. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in financial planning, reporting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, analyze, and report financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
• Conduct financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Perform variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
• Support accounting operations, including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Utilize data analytics to drive financial insights and business recommendations.
• Assist in the preparation of management reports and dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal financial policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting.

Key Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• 5-6 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, and financial statement reporting.
• Proficiency in IFRS and financial compliance standards.
• Hands-on experience with financial modeling and data analytics.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
• Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced, short-term contract environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Candidate must have their own visa.

Contract Details:

• Duration: 3 months (with possible extension based on requirements).
• Location: Abu Dhabi (on-site role).
• Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: AED10,000\.00 - AED12,000\.00 per month
