The Role

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional with expertise in Accounting, Financial Statement Reporting, IFRS compliance, and Data Analytics. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in financial planning, reporting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making within the organization. Key Responsibilities: o Prepare, analyze, and report financial statements in compliance with IFRS. o Conduct financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities. o Perform variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance. o Support accounting operations, including reconciliations and journal entries. o Utilize data analytics to drive financial insights and business recommendations. o Assist in the preparation of management reports and dashboards. o Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal financial policies. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting.



Requirements

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory. o 5-6 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, and financial statement reporting. o Proficiency in IFRS and financial compliance standards. o Hands-on experience with financial modeling and data analytics. o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. o Strong proficiency in financial software and ERP systems. o Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced, short-term contract environment. o Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. o Candidate must have their own visa.
