FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT ( for an online and offline premium high end fashion brand )

Our client a high end premium fashion brand based in Dubai are looking to recruit a highly skilled and motivated Financial Accounts Professional to join their rapidly expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business growth and profitability. The successful candidate must possess experience in all aspects of the financial role listed below and have worked for successful growing business. .

Key Responsibilities:

All Financial Reporting:
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Provide timely and insightful financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts to optimize resource allocation and achieve financial objectives.
Identify variances and recommend corrective actions to manage financial performance effectively.
Financial Planning and Analysis:
Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with department heads to develop strategic plans and financial projections.
Cash Flow Management:
Manage cash flow effectively to meet operational needs and maintain liquidity.
Implement cash management strategies to optimize working capital and minimize financial risk.
Tax Compliance:
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and filing requirements.
Coordinate with external tax advisors to optimize tax planning strategies and minimize tax liabilities.
Internal Controls:
Establish and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Conduct periodic internal audits to assess control effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Financial Systems and Processes:
Evaluate and improve financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Implement best practices in accounting and financial management to streamline operations.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or ACCA certification preferred.
Proven experience in accounting and finance roles, with a minimum of [X] years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems. Experience with SAP or Oracle is a plus.
