Job Description

You will oversee the development of the company's financial strategies, manage regulatory reporting, and handle management accounts. Your extensive financial management expertise will help establish a solid financial framework that supports the company's continued expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop financial strategies, conduct commercial analysis, and provide risk management guidance for day-to-day operations. Handle all financial and accounting responsibilities, including reconciliations, monthly financial statements, management reports, and daily cash flow management (including oversight of liquid capital and monitoring). Implement financial systems and internal controls for the team. Ensure the company's financial operations and contracts adhere to regulatory compliance.

Qualifications and Experience:

A degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline. At least 10 years of managerial experience, with a track record of managing a team of 5 or more. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, best practices, and tax regulations, especially within Middle Eastern or European markets. Deep expertise in complex financial accounting processes and systems. Proficiency in financial management software. Analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to create strategic solutions. Strong leadership and organizational abilities. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Professional qualifications. Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-location company. Experience in a start-up setting or in a new office of an established corporation.
