Oversee and lead Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Treasury teams to optimise financial processesLeverage experience in the real estate industry, including development, operational activities, leasing, and facilities managementManage both off-plan and completed projects in Dubai, ensuring compliance with local regulationsNavigate and apply DLD, RERA, Escrow, and Mollak regulations effectivelyHandle General Ledger management and consolidate project entities and accounts accuratelyDrive the development and maintenance of Management Information Systems (MIS) and reporting frameworksImplement best practices in financial systems within the industryUtilise MS Office tools proficiently to support daily operations and reporting needsProfile
