Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Officer to manage the financial health and operations of iCounselat LLC. The ideal candidate will oversee budgeting, financial planning, and reporting to ensure compliance with financial regulations and support the company's growth. This role is critical to maintaining transparency and accuracy in all financial dealings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and cash flow.
• Prepare accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
• Oversee budget preparation, monitoring, and financial forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and tax laws.
• Handle payroll processing and maintain employee expense records.
• Reconcile bank accounts and monitor financial transactions to detect irregularities.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks as necessary.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance profitability.
• Develop and maintain financial policies, systems, and controls.
• Assist in strategic planning and decision-making by providing financial insights and data.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Finance Officer, Accountant, or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and tax laws.
• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books) and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with UAE financial practices and regulations is a plus.
• Experience in managing finances for a consultancy or service-based company.
• Knowledge of financial modeling and risk management.
