Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Accountant/ Finance Officer with experience in the medical sector to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in accounting principles, specifically within a medical setup. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Location: Al Barsha 3, Dubai.
Salary: 5000-5500 AED (Based on the previous Experience)

Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting transactions for the medical facility, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding financial transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and assist in budget preparation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure financial stability and growth of the medical facility.
• Maintain accurate and complete financial records, including ledgers, journals, and invoices.
• Monitor financial transactions and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies or issues.
• Assist in audits and other financial inspections as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in accounting, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software's and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ethics and integrity with a good character and leadership qualities.
• Immediate joiner preferred.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Certification (e.g., Tally, SAP, CPA) is a plus.
• Experience with medical billing and coding processes.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
