Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with financial institutions to negotiate and arrange new loan facilities to support the company's growth and strategic initiatives.
• Evaluate loan proposals, negotiate terms and conditions, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Work with banks to run daily operations and keep the working capital lines well managed and controlled.
• Provide banks with all required information and prepare reports to renew and update the granted facility lines after negotiations based on the bank's needs.
• Monitor financial position, activities, and capital structure.
• Ensure compliance with covenants given to banks and third parties, including hedging arrangements, as applicable.
• Manage interest rate risk by continuously exploring better market prices.
• Introduce new competitive banking relationships to the board.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and review them regularly on a daily/weekly basis.
• Ensure cash is being managed properly, including regular payments of payroll taxes, salaries, and VAT.
• Develop appropriate key performance indicators to monitor and drive the financial performance of the company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is an advantage.
• Proven experience as a Financial Officer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
