SynopsisThe Finance Officer will report directly to the Finance Manager and assist in executing, monitoring, and reviewing financials, managing reconciliations, and contributing to the preparation of management reports.Accountabilities

• Monitor and review financial records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established policies and procedures.
• Assist in managing and reconciling decentralized accounting activities to maintain consistency and integrity of financial data.
• To aid in the resolution of complex financial issues in a timely manner, adhering to accounting principles and internal guidelines.
• Support in developing and preparing management reports to provide timely and relevant financial information to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders as required (e.g. governmental bodies, suppliers) to ensure proper communication and preparation of regulatory reports.
• Contribute to the development of policies, processes, and procedures to ensure operational compliance with international standards and regulations.
• Assist in managing the monthly invoicing cycle, ensuring correct billing and the prompt collection of payments in line with organizational policies.
• To support, when required, the Business Performance and Strategy Team in the growth and expansion of EAT

Education & Experience

• Minimum Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Preferably with knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle, SAP), training management system (AIMS/Simorg) and at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in finance or accounting roles.
