SynopsisThe Finance Officer will report directly to the Finance Manager and assist in executing, monitoring, and reviewing financials, managing reconciliations, and contributing to the preparation of management reports.Accountabilities
Monitor and review financial records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established policies and procedures.
Assist in managing and reconciling decentralized accounting activities to maintain consistency and integrity of financial data.
To aid in the resolution of complex financial issues in a timely manner, adhering to accounting principles and internal guidelines.
Support in developing and preparing management reports to provide timely and relevant financial information to stakeholders.
Collaborate with external stakeholders as required (e.g. governmental bodies, suppliers) to ensure proper communication and preparation of regulatory reports.
Contribute to the development of policies, processes, and procedures to ensure operational compliance with international standards and regulations.
Assist in managing the monthly invoicing cycle, ensuring correct billing and the prompt collection of payments in line with organizational policies.
To support, when required, the Business Performance and Strategy Team in the growth and expansion of EAT
Education & Experience
Minimum Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Preferably with knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle, SAP), training management system (AIMS/Simorg) and at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in finance or accounting roles.
