Our client is seeking a dedicated Finance MIS Analyst to join our finance team. The Finance MIS Analyst will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing information systems to support financial analysis, reporting, and decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, coupled with expertise in data analysis, database management, and information systems development. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; Master\'s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CA, ACCA) preferred. 2. Proven experience as a Finance MIS Analyst or similar role, with a strong emphasis on financial analysis and information systems development. 3. Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GAAP, IFRS). 4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with a keen attention to detail. 5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with finance and IT stakeholders. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 7. Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis techniques. 9. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is an advantage.
