You will be responsible for providing insightful analysis of everyday financial activities, interpreting financial information, and offering strategic guidance to senior management on future financial plans. - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance and mitigate financial risk.
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
- Monitor cash flow, investments, and financial performance against budget.
- Lead the annual budgeting and planning process.
- Coordinate and liaise with auditors, bankers, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of financial statements and tax returns.
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior management to support decision-making.
- Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field.
- Proven work experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.
- UAE Nationality with a Family Book is mandatory for this position.
- In-depth knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
