Job Description

Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of all financial transactions.

Prepare and manage financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.

Develop and maintain budgets and cash flow forecasts to ensure financial stability.

Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management to support informed decision-making.

Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.

Oversee internal control procedures and ensure compliance with local accounting standards and regulations.

Stay up-to-date on relevant financial legislation and industry best practices.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CMA certification a plus).

Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar Finance Manager role within a fast-paced business environment.

Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and general accounting principles.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and translate it into actionable insights.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Arabic.

Proficiency in financial accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong understanding of local accounting practices and regulations in Kuwait.

Must be currently residing in Kuwait with a valid Iqama.
