Job Description

A Finance Manager position is key to maintaining accurate accounting and financial records, internal control, receivable management and supporting the overall operation.

Responsibilities :

1) Ensure that the books, records, and accounts are maintained accurately and fairly reflect the company's transactions.

2) Should be proficient and have a strong grip on the Real estate Sales and Leasing operation of the company and implementing proper system and internal control in this regard.

3) Able to lead and develop an efficient team within the Finance and Accounting Department to ensure smooth functioning and financial reports are accurate and available by set timeline.

4) To ensure that sales of the units are done according to sales price and payment plan as approved by the management and to control this by having appropriate system and highlight the deviation, if any.

5) To maintain a proper reporting system for sales and generate timely reports (including collection reports) and take corrective action in consultation with FD.

6) Ensuring that the payment of commission to outside broker and internal sales team has been paid correctly as per company policy

7) WeII-versed with RERA audit, AML compliance, escrow account operation and reconciliation and VAT requirements.

8) Should have proper coordination with the Leasing team to renew or make the new leasing contract in time including inter-company as per rent approved by the management.

9) To review time to time the occupancy report and minimize the vacancy by taking corrective action and highlighting the long-vacant units and delay in renewal of tenancy contract.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management, with prior experience in the Real estate industry being advantageous.

3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and taxation.

4. Proficiency in financial software (sales force / Pact will be preferred advantage) and Microsoft Excel.

5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Effective communication and leadership abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month

• Accounting and Financial Management: 5 years (Preferred)
